Classes
One code per class, not per customer. The description is free text and joins the unit to make the class name, so put whatever tells the two apart — a month, an audience, a serial. A unit that comes back for a second class needs a second code, or the two classes pool into one cohort and the second room's numbers get read as the first room's.
