Building your program

Pick a program, say who is in the room, and the estimate, buying route and paperwork form as you go. Ten minutes, usually on a call.

  1. The shapeProgram, class size, deliveries.
  2. The problemEleven short questions. Answer what you can; we finish the rest on the call.
  3. The paperworkQuotation, work statement and requirements record, ready to download.

Nothing here commits you to anything. Everything saves as we go and the link stays live, so we can stop and finish later. The estimate and the buying route on the right move as the scope takes shape.

  1. Need a price? Pick a program and class size in section 1. The estimate on the right is the published rate; the tiers beneath it show the next size up or down.
  2. Scoping the program? Answer what you can in sections 2 to 4, two lines each, and press Send. We reply with a firm quotation and any questions. Gaps are fine.
  3. Need the paperwork? Section 5 and the downloads on the right. One Word file holds the requirements record, work statement, QASP, quotation and sole-source facts. Fields only the Government can fill are highlighted.

Published rates

Quoted on the design we agree

No card price; the shape decides it. Describe what you need.

2 · The room
01Who is in the room, and at what echelon?

Seats, not names. Which sections and commanders.

02What authorities do they hold, and what do they have to ask for?

What this room can decide, and what it must request.

03Which allies, agencies or partners are in play?

Anyone the room must consult, inform or work around.

3 · The problem
04Region and adversary

Where it happens and who is on the other side.

05Time horizon and clock speed

How far out it is set, and how fast time moves in the room.

06What decisions must they be forced to make?

The two or three calls the exercise exists to force.

07What do you want them to get wrong?

The mistake you have watched this staff make, or fear it would.

07bIs an AI advisor part of this?no vendor named · works with whatever your people already have

Tracks whether each person kept the check on a machine answer or dropped it. No vendor or model named.

4 · Constraints and the record
08What does the sponsor need to see in the after-action report?

Who reads it and what they decide with it.

09Existing doctrine or plans it must not contradict

Anything the scenario would embarrass, pre-empt, or appear to critique. Name it now.

10Classification limits on source material

Everything is unclassified and public-source. Anything that cannot be referenced at all?

5 · The buy
6 · Scope

The after-action package is included in every delivery price — cohort findings, an individual assessment for every participant, the failure modes observed, and editable debrief slides. Delivered within five days of the class.

Pricing levers · ours, not the client’s
Speakers are optional and none is the normal answer — the program is designed to work without one. The client never sees this field. A guest is only ever named once that person has confirmed, and no document mentions a speaker unless one is selected here.

Register · what we read as
Price · where the number sits

Scale is who is reading and from how far. Register is what kind of firm this looks like. Price decides whether the figure forms before the buying route or after it.
